G&T Identification Criteria for PE
For practical use during the teacher identification process when selecting G&T cohort in PE. We use this criteria to select our cohort and identify areas for pupil development within the 5 abilities. Provides solid support for demonstrating why each pupil has been identified as GéT.
E.g. PE Gifted and Talented policy and action plan
Example action plan followed by departmental policy for use in developing your own G&T policy suitable for pupils and practices at your school. This is a great way to measure your progress with targets and has been valuable on a personal performance management perspective.
